Delinquent Assessment Policy
The Board of the Mill Creek Summer Homeowners Association met on March 12 to consider the proposed Mill Creek Delinquent Assessment Collection Policy, a draft of which was circulated to cabin owners on February 5, 2024. The Board received no objections or recommended changes to the policy. After brief discussion, the draft was approved by the Board and is now official policy. A copy is attached for your convenience. You can also visit their website at https://www.tehamacountyrcd.org/forest-and-fuels-management. If you would like the District to remove trees (up to 15″ in diameter) to improve fire resiliency, complete the Temporary Entry Permit (TinderSmart Permit) and return it to the Resource Conservation District.
