Dear Mill Creek Summer Home Owner: It’s Election Time There will be 2 Director positions (3-year term) to be filled for the 5-member Board of Directors. The nomination process is beginning, with ballots to be mailed in June. Business Connections in Red Bluff will again take on the position of Inspector of Elections for the process.
