Cabins purchased prior to July 7, 2012, this rental does not violate Civil Code 4740, restricting rentals to no more than 14 days at a time.
Cabins purchased after July 7, 2012 through July 8, 2019 restricting rentals to no more than 14 days per year. (CC&R).
Cabins purchased after July 8, 2019 prohibited from being rented (CC&R).

Failure to file this form and provide full and accurate information to the Mill Creek Summer Home Owner Association Secretary makes the offending cabin owners subject to a fine of up to $500 per occurrence. (CC&R 5.6)
