It’s Election Time
Dear Mill Creek Summer Homeowner & Mill Creek Lassen Water Company:
There will be 2 Director positions (3-year term) to be filled for the 5-member Board of Directors for MCSHA and 2 Director positions (3-year term) to be filled for the 5- member Water Company Board of Directors.
The nomination process is beginning, with ballots to be mailed in June.
Business Connections in Red Bluff will again take on the position of Inspector of Elections.
If nominating someone, please check with your nominee to be sure he/she is interested in serving. Self-nominations are welcome. Nominees are encouraged to provide a brief statement regarding their interest in serving on the Board. Nominations deadline is Midnight, April 29, 2026.
After the nomination period Business Connections will compile the list of candidates. Candidates will be invited to provide a brief statement regarding their interest in serving on the Board. Ballots will be mailed to cabin owners in June. Cabin owners will have 30 days to mail their ballots to Business Connections, using a stamped, addressed envelope which will be provided. The Deadline will be Midnight, July 23, 2026.
Business Connections, as the independent Inspector of Elections, will count the ballots. The meeting for tallying the ballots will be held July 24th, 2026 @ 4:00 pm at Business Connections, 332 Pine Street, Red Bluff. Zoom capability will also be provided.
