Delinquent Assessment Policy
The Board of the Mill Creek Summer Homeowners Association met on March 12 to consider the proposed Mill Creek Delinquent Assessment Collection Policy, a draft of which was circulated to cabin owners on February 5, 2024. The Board received no objections or recommended changes to the policy. After brief discussion, the draft was approved by the Board and is now official policy. A copy is attached for your convenience.
The vast majority of Mill Creek cabin owners pay their annual assessments promptly (and special assessments when these are necessary). And those who forget or let this slip pay promptly when reminded in almost all cases. The policy is for the very few who choose not to pay despite repeated reminders.
The Board will meet next on April 23 at 4 pm. An agenda for that meeting will be circulated at least a week prior and your participation via Zoom is welcome.
