| June 24, 2025 Water Board Meeting Agenda – Approve minutes from the Sept. 17, 2024 meeting – Elections this year, as Craig McBride and Tom Childers are both up for re-election. Both came onto the board in 2017. The by-laws limit us to 3 4-year terms, so Craig and Tom can stay on the board another term if they wish. – Electing officer(s), as we may need a new president. The board might want to do that after the annual meeting July 4th weekend. – Report on insurance renewal, and other minor activities by the president – Report from the Lassen National Forest community discussion about herbicide use, which will happen on June 16th – Discuss potential repairs to the road up to the Tamarack tanks, and other maintenance – Updating the Mill Creek HOA website with current water board information (or establish our own, we have the URL) – Review delinquent homeowner accounts, and decide on any action needed – Review our budget, and discuss any changes for the next fiscal year – Verify or revise our annual fee of $300 for our clients – Future water system upgrades and maintenance |
